The position

  • Provide professional secretarial work and executive support to the SVP by complying with the company rules and regulations. Carry out general secretarial work for SVP to fit SVP's business priorities.
  • Organize HQ &external visit/events.
  • Prepare & Organize ET meetings, offsite meeting, CMM meeting, etc.
  • Admin support to SVP office
  • Carry out Ad hoc tasks from SVP and SVP office

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 5 years relevant position experience with Multinational company
  • High confidential professional
  • Strong learning agility
  • High level of professionalism and maturity - integrity, honesty, open and transparent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English and simultaneous translation ability
  • Solid computer skills and be familiar with their company's structure and policies

    Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with the president, company staff and the public, and is a strong team player.
