Assistant to CVP

1)    Assist CVP to handle personal daily affair

     Reimbursement

     Business trip management

     Schedule management

     Translation including newsletter, and routine affairs

     Travel with CVP for internal and external meeting for translation purpose

     Others

2)    Handle dept. daily affair

     Daily management of MKT meeting room, CVP’s signature stamp etc.

     Daily communication with other functions

     Participate in various activities as the representative of MKT

     Department meeting organization

     MKT management meeting organization/ meeting minutes and follow-up.

     MKT WeChat group maintenance

     Others

3)    QA management

     QualityDocs weekly news review

     Make sure training structure in ISOtrain

     HQ and local SOP review, and make gap analysis if needed

     Deviation handling

     CR handling

     Update archiving list & use of OmniRIM in the dept.

     Report to QA group if there are any incidents or deviation

     Attend QA team meeting & relevant training

     Coordinate on other QA issues in own dept.

     Handle external requirement list

     Work as coordinator for promotional material management

4)    OHS Coordinator

Worked as OHS partner to coordinate relevant policies, activities and reviews within department

5)    Personal Data Protection Coordinator

     Work with Data Protection Core Working Team to coordinate the personal data protection in the Department

     Assist DPR in implementing BECF and continued compliance on personal data protection

     Cascade personal data training and communication in the Department
