Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • 对所负责门店的销售指标负责,制定和执行负责区域的各项终端计划,确保业绩的良性持续增长与达成。确保所负责门店的动销指标完成 50%
  • 制定拜访计划和活动计划,按照公司要求完成日常拜访,建立客户档案,计划并执行市场活动,保证项目高质量完成 25%
  • 确保诺和诺德所有产品在门店层面的准入最大化及持续在门店的供应10%
  • 确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定 15%

 

Qualifications

2年以上零售渠道销售经验
处方药零售销售经验优先
具备产品知识培训、教育活动的能力及经验
学习能力强,善于沟通,熟悉区域零售药店处方药销售模式
具有较强的工作执行和内驱力,表达流畅
医学、药学、市场营销等专业优先,大专及以上学历
