Main job tasks 主要工作任务

  • Ideate and create internet hospital business model for NNRC

-Work with internal team to finger out the right process/SOPs and decision making goverance around internet hospital.

- Create and monitor key matrix

- Design the right business model for internet hospital.

  • Drive execution and partnership management to scale up internet hospital

- Negotiate and contract with right partners.

- Manage partners execution at daily base

- Measured partner with right matrix

- Solve problems when they raise

  • Explore new business model around internet hospital
  • Derivative business model such as virtual diabetes center, e-commerce and etc.

Change and innovation 变化与创新

  • Innovation is essential in the exploration of digital health – Internet Hospital, which are the brand new fields without mature or best-practice methodology.


  • This position will work with multiple functions, so ability to handle complexity and self-motivation is needed.


  • This person should well aware about the market treads, customer needs, and technology development.


Education 教育背景

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business of Marketing, Science or Business Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability in English
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese


Experience 经验


5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or healthcare industry and preferred experience in China market

Project operation experience is preferred, incl.

BD / alliance management experience is also valuable 

Internet hospital experience execution highly preferred
