Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Field expert of protein and peptide biophysics characterization including stability, identity, thermal stability, purity, aggregation, viscosity, solubility, secondary structure, etc, with in-depth knowledge and experience.
• Act as biophysics SME, be responsible for characterizing protein and peptide compounds to enable NNRCC target discovery in cardiometabolic diseases and project progression up to G0 milestone.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies within protein/peptide biophysics characterization.
• Build strong scientific network within biophysics characterization with internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills & qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or closely related scientific disciplines
• 6+ years of industrial experience in protein and peptide biophysics characterization and quality control, with proven expertise across stability, identity, thermal stability, purity, aggregation, viscosity, solubility, and secondary structure analysis
• Hands-on experience and technical know-how with relevant biophysical techniques such as light scattering, HPLC, LC-MS, CD, nanoDSF, and FIDA
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw and communicate clear conclusions from complex datasets
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective scientific networks across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience in protein/peptide formulation for pre-clinical testing (strong plus)
• Automation experience (strong plus)
