The position

As a Patient Access Expert, you will:

- Understand and deploy corporate strategies in your assigned territory.

- Identify early opportunities and risks for access to the current and future Novo Nordisk portfolio.

- Engage with decision-makers to protect and expand patient access to our portfolio.

- Influence relationships between healthcare providers and insurers to overcome barriers for patients.

- Present and implement pharmacoeconomic models or data to improve health indicators.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

- A professional background in health areas, business administration, economics or engineering.

- Postgraduate studies, preferably at a master's level, in health economics, risk management, pharmacoeconomics, health administration, data science, or related fields.

- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, like KAM, Patient Access, Field Sales Manager.

- Experience in market access strategy, including pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, and health economic modeling.

- Strong communication skills to influence multi-stakeholders and secure reimbursement for products.
