Your new role

Your role will be to foster trusted scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals and position Novo Nordisk as the partner of choice in haemophilia, while identifying opportunities to grow our rare blood disorders portfolio within your assigned key accounts. You will drive sustainable uptake across your territory by building long‑term relationships with KOLs and stakeholders and by delivering clear, practice‑relevant medical support that informs decision‑making as we introduce key strategic products to the market.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements with key opinion leaders and local influencers to support long‑term engagement.
  • Translate clinical evidence into concise, actionable messages that inform clinical practice and support prescribing decisions.
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans and business cases to capture growth opportunities and prioritise activities.
  • Provide high‑quality medical and scientific support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compliant communication.
  • Work with Regional Market Access to establish hospital‑ and regional‑level negotiation processes that secure product availability and patient access.

Your new department

At Novo Nordisk RareD, we are driven by a single purpose: to drive change for people living with rare disease - a population where the unmet need remains high. Reporting to our Head of Rare Blood Disorders, you will be part of a cross-functional team in which collaboration is the key for success.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ commercial or medical field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrable experience in Hospital Key Account Management.
  • Prior experience in Haemophilia is highly desirable; expertise in other rare bleeding disorders is also an advantage. Experience with product launches will be highly valuable.
  • Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a plus.

You are an exceptional communicator who can build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A creative yet pragmatic thinker, you balance innovation with practical implementation and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver project plans. Above all, you are driven by a genuine commitment to improve patient outcomes.
