The position
In this role, you will promote and sell our products and services via phone, video and online platform within assigned to reach target and exceed objectives. This position directly reports to the Marketing Manager, Obesity Business Unit. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
- Promote and sell products and services via phone, video and online platform. Manage sales performance in defined areas. Planning, Organizing & Coordination to promote product via phone, video and online platform. Ensure territory sale coverage by phone, video and online platform. Analyse and diagnose territory and conduct customer order.
- Map, communicate and build strong relationships with key customers. Engage and build strong relationship with key stakeholder. Contributing to maximize the value of company business in affiliate by ensuring excellence in execution and representing company vision, values and commitments when facing the customer.
- Work according to business ethics procedure, local law, company policies & guidelines. Ensure timely reporting of customer contacts and relevant reports in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science is required. Pharmacy degree is preferable.
- Sales/Telesales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry is preferable.
- Strong communication and ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Thai native speaking with good English communication.
