Your new role

 

As Senior People & Organisation Business Partner, you'll be a trusted adviser to business leaders across our Thailand operations, translating organisational goals into people strategies that make a real difference. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and human capital, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the ambitious challenges ahead.

 

You new tasks

 

- Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives, acting as a strategic adviser on workforce planning and development

- Driving talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and career development programmes that support employee growth

- Managing end-to-end local recruitment for Thai-speaking roles while collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners on broader recruitment activities and systems

- Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives that enhance representation across hiring, leadership, and team dynamics

- Providing expert guidance on HR policies and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to legal requirements while maintaining a positive work environment

- Analysing HR metrics on engagement, turnover, and performance to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

- Representing People & Organisation in cross-functional meetings and external engagements with HR vendors and professional networks

Working closely with the Associate Director and collaborating with stakeholders across APAC, International Operations, and our headquarters, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for our expanding workforce. Your insights will directly influence how we build a culture of warmth, development, and innovation in one of our key markets.

 

Your skills & qualifications

 

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives on strategic thinking and building meaningful relationships. You'll bring with you:

 

- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Solid experience across recruitment (including Thai-speaking roles), talent management, organisational development and change management, and employee relations

- Fluency in both English and Thai, with exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences

- Strong strategic thinking abilities to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives and long-term goals

- Data-driven mindset with competence in analysing HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable solutions

- Proven expertise in change management, guiding teams through transitions while minimising resistance

- Cultural sensitivity and deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, with ability to foster an inclusive workplace

- Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills to support both managers and employees in their professional development

- Adaptability and resilience to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
