The position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving territory sales achievement, analysing and identifying territory gaps, and developing and executing effective territory plans. This role involves building strong relationships with assigned customers, providing them with comprehensive information on products, indications, and ensuring consistent follow-up. The Product Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales of NN products. The nature and scope of main accountabilities includes but not limited to:

 

  • Ensure territory sales achievement through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Analyse and identify territory gaps to develop targeted plans for addressing sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and develop engagement plans to optimize customer relationships and maximize product uptake. Build effective relationships with assigned customers, providing them with in-depth information on products while ensuring consistent and reliable follow-up.
  • Execute marketing strategies and tactics as agreed, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Work according to the business ethics, local requirement and company policies/guidelines.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related fields.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in rare blood disorders.
  • Strong knowledge in the local healthcare environment, including knowledge of key stakeholders and market dynamics.
  • Thai native speaking with good English communication.
