The Position


Senior Product Manager will take lead to develop marketing strategies, in collaboration with Head of GLP1 Diabetes Business Unit, including implementation, monitoring, evaluation and set corrective actions to ensure Business Unit results through coordination of field force and other related departments as well as to achieve short and long term business objectives.


This position will directly report to the Business Unit Director GLP-1. The nature and scope of main accountabilities includes but not limited to:


  • Design and execute the product marketing plan ; Conduct effective local market research to identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position. Develop, implement and monitor both the annual and long-term brand strategy for the brand(s) under responsibility.


  • Communicate the marketing programme to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns ; Communicate product promotions and marketing plans to the sales force to ensure alignment with company strategy. Drive the implementation of product marketing plan and campaigns, monitoring sales progression and performance regularly.


  • Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders ; Maintain and execute a regular visit plan with target customers in coordination with the Sales force. Manage effectively all the interactions with relevant external agencies to ensure an outstanding brand strategy execution.


  • Others ; Work according to local law, business code of conduct, company ethics/ compliance framework as well as policy and guideline. Handle related ad-hoc and additional assignment by the Business Unit Director.




  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Master of Science or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is business preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or product management
  • Deep knowledge of the current pharmaceutical market especially in diabetes therapeutic area
  • Fluent in Thai and good English communication
