About the department

As a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations in Thailand. You will get the opportunity to join a diverse and high performing team with a variety of professional backgrounds.

 

The Position

 

Salesforce Effectiveness Manager will maximize the Sales Force Effectiveness in the affiliate, ensuring that CE fundamentals are follows and applied in commercial processes, as well as supporting management decisions through insight generation and monitoring of performance.

You will also ensure commercial IT services and solutions are delivered to the Affiliate supporting the business, as well as assisting with process improvement and commercial IT strategy implementation.

 

Qualifications

 

Successful candidate holds a degree in medical or business with fluent English proficiency and a native Thai level speaker. Candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience within CE, Sales management / Product Management areas with local pharmaceutical/healthcare market knowledge.

 

You are data driven, highly analytical and able to leverage data in influencing affiliate’s business strategy. You are self-starter, able to work autonomically but also great in team-work.
