The position
In this role, you will promote and sell our products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, and/or list of customer accounts. The nature and scope of main accountabilities includes but not limited to:
- Take care of the assigned territory sales, including the analysis and diagnosis of the sales inventory in the territory, market situation to develop short- and medium-term product strategy based in local needs to execute sales role according to marketing strategy.
- Provide customer with information about our products, devices, indications and ensure consistent follow up.
- Conduct customer contacts, register customer contacts in the relevant system and develop stakeholder mapping, prioritization, and communication plan, to ensure impactful account engagement maintenance in alignment with Novo Nordisk business priorities.
- Ensure timely reporting of customer contacts/requests, adverse events, or others in accordance with the company's standard operation procedure (SOP).
- Work according to the business ethics, local requirement and company policies/guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields.
- 1-3 years of Medical or Sales Representative in Pharmaceutical Industry, in Thailand.
- Strong sales and portfolio knowledge.
- Thai native speaking is required.
