The Position


This position will directly report to Medical Manager.


This role will take lead in developing medical strategies and interact closely with clinical, marketing and sales colleagues to sharpen and implement product positioning and promotional strategies as well as foresee the challenges of marketing dynamics/competitors and take initiate actions. The main scope of accountabilities includes but not limited to:


  • Lead and support knowledge and utilize scientific/clinical expertise with internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive analysis of needs and aiming to anticipate and improve overall patient outcomes.


  • Responsible on initiating and executing tools and activities to ensure the knowledge and needs of market are up to date in all aspects aligned with the company strategy as well as close collaboration with regulatory affairs personnel in ensuring that all promotional activities and the products/packings complied with company guideline and local regulations.


  • Facilitate and suggest strategies for new product launches in close collaboration with marketing and related parties to achieve the overall corporate objective.


  • Identification, development and review of publications/content relevant to assigned product/portfolio or based on Medical and/or Commercial needs are suitable for scientific and non-scientific aspects and suitable for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Ensure timely reporting of customer contacts/complaints, adverse events and other safety reports in accordance with SOPs




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Pharmacy, Biochemical or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience in the management of scientific events and management of HCPs
  • Therapy area expert in allotted product/portfolio/ basket of products
  • Fluent in Thai with good English communication
