The position
In this role, you will drive scientific discussion around in-market compounds and investigational products as per the compliance framework for the company’s overall purpose and assist when necessary. This position will directly report to Regional Medical Advisor Manager. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Guide and execute healthcare professionals (HCP) interaction plans as well as execute relevant actions for gaining insights from the field visits and provide written reports to Regional Medical Advisor Manager. You are required to travel and in with flexible working hours.
  • Initiate education and training for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate the symposia/seminar/meeting on subjects relevant to the products/projects. Optimize ad hoc opportunities for relevant academic/professional collaboration for current and future business needs as well as initiating project proposals for any local funding and initiatives. 
  • Be a key contributor to develop, execute and ensure medico-marketing strategy, business activities, promotional tools/materials, and internal and external related parties’ act in compliance with the company guideline and local requirements. Ensure timely reporting of customer inquiries, adverse events, and other safety reports per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the identification, development, and review of publications/content relevant to the product/portfolio/commercial needs are suitable for the internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the management of scientific events, HCP (healthcare professionals) or medical scientific liaison/advisor or relevant roles, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas with proficient communication skills. 
  • Fluent in Thai with good English communication.
