The Position (Fixed-Term Contract)


Legal and Compliance Assistant assists Legal and Compliance Director in terms of legal & compliance, administrative matters in the department as well as other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Director.


This position will report to Legal and Compliance Director.


In this role, you will perform the following tasks:




  • Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) in the affiliate.
  • Liaise with Regulator in terms of updated Pharmaceutical regulations/compliance/legislation.
  • Supporting effectiveness in decision-making and hence adding value across an affiliate by providing proactive and operational advice and solutions.
  • Responsibility in establishing simple, efficient, and aligned legal structure, systems and processes for value adding trend identification and risk management.



  • Responsibility for procedures and controls to ensure compliance are in place and well-functioning as intended in all key areas/processes.
  • In charge of value adding trend identification and risk management.




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Laws
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in legal/compliance, preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Good command of English with Fluent in Thai
  • Professional PowerPoint Presentation as well as others MS Office 
  • Experience and good knowledge in Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) would be advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with energetic and proactive
