Your new role
As a Business Information Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Manage Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE) processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver clear, accurate management reporting to support decision making.
- Ensure budget and financial compliance by performing controlling activities and addressing discrepancies.
- Partner with local and global management to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value generation.
- Lead and guide a team in financial planning and analysis tasks, fostering their development through coaching and feedback.
- Oversee market data management, analysing trends and insights related to market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
- Present insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

This role reports to the Finance & Operation Director. The Finance & Operation department at Novo Nordisk is at the heart of our organisation, driving financial and accounting operations with precision and excellence. We work closely with regional finance and the Novo Nordisk Thailand management team to ensure transparency and alignment with organisational goals. Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a Business Information Manager who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of of professional working experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a multinational or complex organisational environment.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, variance analysis and the use of enterprise planning and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros), with proven ability to implement process improvements and automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to present insights clearly to both local and global leaders and to influence cross-functional decision making.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including coaching and developing team members, driving performance, managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
