The position
As an Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing overall operational performance in P2P (Procure to Pay) GBS, ensuring compliance with internal controls and processes.
  • Supporting management decisions by identifying process improvements and facilitating organizational development.
  • Leading a team of 10-15 members, coordinating day-to-day tasks and balancing workload. Coordinating processes and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Recognizing unusual transactions and communicating findings and recommendations to HQ management. Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintaining strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of internal control concepts.
  • Representing financial accounting matters to internal and external auditors and other third parties. Driving digitalization and process standardization projects.
  • Managing the department to deliver services in a timely and high-quality manner, while ensuring employee satisfaction and stakeholder satisfaction.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor’s/master’s degree from a reputed university, within e.g., in business administration/supply chain/economics/engineering.
  • In depth knowledge on P2P value chain. Transition/Project management expertise. 
  • Experience from an international work environment. Problem solving.
  • Experience with ERP system and/or Procurement system. Self-driven and dedicated/desire to influence.
  • Functional competencies (Includes Knowledge’s and Skills) Ability to navigate and build relations in large organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, team player. Problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Good IT skills. Strong communication skills.
