The position

  • As a TR Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our global Total Rewards operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Building salary ranges and providing recommendations based on market data.
  • Developing and implementing data analyses and consolidating rewards elements such as benefits and incentives repositories.
  • Handling queries during the Annual Salary Revision Cycle and supporting stakeholders.
  • Ensuring regular updates to Job Architecture and supporting data insights for dashboards.
  • Benchmarking compensation and benefits elements, including LTI, STI, and benefits programmes.
  • Driving process optimisation and standardisation in Total Rewards processes.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as routing requests on job levelling and ensuring access controls for dashboards.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and skilled candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a mature Total Rewards Shared Service centre
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of LTI administration, benefits benchmarking, and vendor management. - Familiarity with process optimisation and quality management.

We are responsible for driving various activities, including compensation and benefits surveys, salary reviews, and benchmarking. Our team consists of over 150+ employees who are part of the ambitious and global PO (People Organisation & Corporate Affairs) Operations team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose processes across the entire value chain from research to market.
