The position
You Will be working as Technical System Specialist (Incident & Problem Supporter) on Vault Quality platform (based on Veeva Vault) with a focus on handling problem tickets and support development activities (DevOps/Quality IT ART).Will work primarily as Level 2 and Level 3 support of Vault Quality – QMS (Quality Management System). This position will drive the analysis,resolution of Incidents and problems together with colleagues, LoB(line of business) and vendors. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
- He/she need to have a high-level overview on EtQ’s “Reliance” technology. Participate in daily scrum call of support and Devops teams.
- Handling of technical incidents, Service requests, problems, as assigned with proper root cause resolution.
- Investigate the root-causes of the problems reported on the system. Independently and proactively choose the best possible solution for application for each problem ticket and problem investigation.
- Responsible for analysis of interface related incidents and problems and assign those problems to technical vendor with justified initial investigations & findings.
- Provide technical analysis/inputs to the changes/non-conformities on the system. Work on system management activities, user management etc. Updating the documents related to system management ex: Operation and Maintenance documents etc.
Qualifications
- You will be holding a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject with 7+ years in IT.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with GxP software and systems of pharma IT products, preferentially quality management systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL.
- In-depth working knowledge & proven track record of incident, problem and change management processes (ITIL).
- Java knowledge and EtQ reliance framework is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral (English).

Quality & Facilities IT GBS (QFIT IT) is an integral part of Digital Data & IT Staffs Team, which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT operations for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk, spanning across entire globe. The key objective of QFIT is to ensure robust IT support to systems, which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk.
