About the department

People and Organisation (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies. The position reports to TA Administration GBS and is based in Bangalore.

 

The Position

As a TA Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high quality, accurate reporting, and auditing in support of the Talent Acquisition function. You will be responsible for improvement of overall global data quality in the Talent Acquisition system. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the TA Dashboard through data and functional monitoring and user access permission.

You will conduct regular, consistent review of applicant tracking data and perform necessary clean up actions.

You will raise audit requisitions for inactive users and/or data issues and perform necessary actions to rectify. You will be responsible to run data extracts from various systems to support reporting and survey requirements and maintain data sources for Talent Acquisition dashboards. You will run ad doc reports from applicant tracking system as needed and schedule weekly and monthly reports.

You will advise business on ways to extract needed data from the applicant tracking system and/or reporting dashboards as needed. You will administer TA Surveys - upload survey recipient lists to survey platform and download results files as scheduled. You will be expected to leverage knowledge of privacy laws and regulations to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.

 

Qualifications

You should hold any bachelor’s degree preferably within human resource management or similar with minimum of 3 years’ experience data analytics in a large organisation with a strong understanding of complex data and analytics. You must have good experience in Tableau and ATS.

You shall demonstrate exceptional understanding of Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create complex excel formulas. Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred. Knowledge of privacy laws such as GDPR is strongly preferred.

You must have excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.  

You shall demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.
