The Position: 

As a System Manager,You will be  responsible for supervising the day-to-day usage, processes, operation, and maintenance of the CDMS system - Mustang and You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for all system and service-related matters and coordinate between System Owner, internal teams (GBS and affiliates), external vendors and other stakeholders. Represents the system for audits and inspections (GxP Systems).

  • Participates in system operation and maintenance in IT System Management system and ensures the system meets the Quality & Compliance requirements as per company QMS procedures and regulatory guidelines.

  • Establishes expectations to the service with System Owner and manages system accordingly

  • Ensures continuous improvement of processes surrounding the system, be that delivery, vendor management, incident & problem management, invoicing, communication etc. Improvements must be in line with Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Ensures incident management including Major Incident in collaboration with vendor as relevant. Manages the system budget and software licenses, if applicable.

  • Develops and negotiates vendor SLAs and will follow-up on vendor deliveries, service targets and services according to agreements. Has an overview and control of invoices and costs.

 

Qualifications

  • We ideally expect you to hold a master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or similar graduate degree in a relevant.

  • 6+ years in IT with a minimum of 3+ years working with System Management activities.

  • Strong experience in Audits.

  • ITIL certified/Service management certification is required.

  • Experience in GXP will be added advantage.

  • Good understanding in Oracle systems

  • Experience working with the US Region is good to have. Excellent Business and System Understanding.

  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties. Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral in English. Highly focused with a quality mindset and strong commitment. Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership.

  • Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to understand the business. Understand business complexities and different perspectives of the same.

Digital Data Streams Solutions works closely with line of Business, System managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India.
