About the Department

 

Procurement GBS is the offshoring unit of Global Procurement and part of Finance GBS Bangalore. The Digital team in Procurement GBS is overall responsible for managing end user support for our Global Procurement systems and other BI activities.

 

The Position 

 

As an analyst, you will primarily be responsible for handling the Strategic Meeting Management system, Cvent, in form of system administration and support across International Operations organization (IO). Your key responsibilities are managing the Cvent related queries, supporting/guiding the end-users, track and resolve issues on time and provide suggestions for system/process improvement. You will have frequent interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, and the role requires excellent communication skills. You will proactively manage the daily tasks with speed & agility while having a quality-oriented mindset. Your tasks will also include effective collaboration with LoB’s, project team, IT team and stakeholders.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for two types of activities:

  • Cvent maintenance & account management that includes User Licenses management specific to internal and external user license requests and updating License Budget Entity for new internal users and General account maintenance.
  • Ongoing end-user support & data analytics providing first line support and administration to end users of Cvent and meet all defined KPIs and individual target defined at individual level and process level. You will also assist technical support function in solving complex issues

 

 

Qualifications

 

We ideally expect you to hold a master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration with overall, 4+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably on IT System management Cvent, Incident/ Problem Management or Change/Release Management. Exposure to handling audits and non-conformities will be added advantage

 

You should possess strong inter-personal skills including excellent communication skills (oral and written English), stakeholder management, collaborative working, flexible to support under different time zones. Experience from analyzing data and converting it to actionable insight and working and managing in a project oriented, international matrix organization will be an added advantage.
