Sr. Associate quality analyst

We are looking for a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst in Commercial & Corporate Affairs within Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. You can look forward to an exciting job driving different projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders at the global level. The job is located in Bangalore, India.

 

The position

As a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for quality assurance of both website components and configured websites related to the global roll-out of our Affiliate, Academy and Health Care Professional websites. Further, you will be responsible for quality assurance on digital assets, ensuring functionality and proper look & feel in accordance with brief, aligning with stakeholders involved in the development process on the testing expectations performed on both isolated component and configured websites.

 

The position requires extensive insights to website development and in addition website design knowledge will be useful. Ideally, you have previous experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager.

 

You are responsible for quality assurance of emails, verifying integrity of emails across a pre- defined set of devices (desktop and mobiles) and email clients. Further, responsible for verifying compliance with target platform to enable proper tracking and analytics.

 

You are also responsible for quality assurance of eDetailers. Further, responsible for verifying that assets relationship between the produced materials and our DAM are proper and complete. Furthermore, responsible for verifying that distribution packages conform to target platform requirements.

 

You should naturally be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, should have quality mindset and an eye for detail is a prerequisite for success, You build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances inside and outside of the organization, focused on addressing key business issues, objectives, and processes, you manage cross-functional teams or projects that are aligned with strategic objectives, using appropriate project management tools and techniques, and contingency and communication plans.

 

Qualifications

You need to have the below knowledge and skills:

  • M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development)
  • Experience in working with website configuration in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification
  • Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
  • Minimum 5 years of broad knowledge of IT technologies, to be able to understand, give advice and challenge decisions made on IT QA matters

 

About the department

The Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CSCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within CSCA, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The CSCA GBS unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care.  In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
