Senior Associate Project Manager - Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs

We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager in Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. You can look forward to an exciting job driving different projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders at different levels.

 

About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care.  In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

 

The position

As a Senior Associate Project Manager your primary responsibilities are coordination and end-to-end project management, client Management and relationship building, asset production and multichannel execution SME, deliver on Content Hub KPIs.

 

You are the single point of contact and orchestrates the communication flow between Brand Managers and Demand Manager, ensuring all demands will be implemented and delivered as requested. You lead preparation and execution of meetings with internal customers to understand and analyse requirements, present solutions and agree on delivery scope. You develop detailed project plans and monitor progress. You manage incoming production requests from assigned global brands and affiliates and is responsible for the coordination with external advertising agencies and production partners to secure smooth production and delivery of assets.

 

You manage and check pay4service related transactions to secure output for finance is correct before charges are performed towards global brands and affiliates. For Demand Managers you serve as indicators of customer satisfaction level and they bring forward in case something is going wrong. You should naturally be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

 

You should have strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement of customer experience and affinity to Content Hub; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new options, and develop creative approaches to deliver according to the Content Hub KPIs. You should be a proactive team player and team builder. As a Content Hub Partner, you will have internal and external stakeholders in the affiliates or regions, so you must have good understanding about different cultures, practices, and procedures in the countries you are responsible for. You lead the onboarding process for assigned affiliates (e.g. new brand managers). You sustain the existing and develop new opportunities within assigned affiliates and global brand teams.

 

You will be an acknowledged advisor and subject matter expert regarding multichannel asset production with specific focus on best practice guidance, modular content production, reusability and tagging. You understand general concepts of marketing automation and multichannel execution to be able to advise and understand execution briefs from affiliates. You work closely with the Multichannel Excellence & Operations team to actively understand and apply the latest global guidelines and best practices with the global brands and affiliates.

 

You contribute to quality on par with existing agency production, time to market, satisfaction, cost avoidance, content reuse and insight generation.

 

Qualifications

  • You need to have the below knowledge and skills
  • Master’s degree or above in relevant area
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and client services
  • Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is very desirable
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Content production in different channels including but not limited to emails and websites
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation concept
  • Knowledge of website CMS platform eg: Adobe Experience Manager

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
