The position
As a Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager, you will:

 

  • Lead digitisation initiatives in customer fulfilment, including inventory management, demand planning, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, promoting a lean culture and continuous improvement.
  • Optimise processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
  • Develop a transformation roadmap strategy, establish a clear vision for the team, and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stabilise markets where new tools have been implemented, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare for go-live in new markets through collaboration, comprehensive documentation, and robust test scenarios.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • SAP certification, APICS certification, or PMP certification is required.
  • Minimum 12-14 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
  • Experience with SAP functional expertise and project experience in SAP S4 Hana implementation, AATP, and VISTEX
