Your new role
As our new PV Compliance Senior Professional, you will join the QPPV Office & PV Excellence team, supporting and quality system activities at our Headquarters. You will work with a degree of independence on defined tasks while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across the global Novo Nordisk organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and operational support to the QPPV Office, including maintenance of local and/or global PSMFs, updates to SOPs and Work Instructions, and logistics for QPPV Oversight meetings
- Supporting implementation of KPIs, SOPs, and QMS activities, including compiling Quality KPI data for reporting and contributing to compliance reporting
- Representing Novo Nordisk in internal working groups and delivering relevant PV training in HQ and affiliates when needed
- Contributing to optimisation initiatives that strengthen our pharmacovigilance quality framework

You will join the QPPV Office & PV Excellence team within Global Patient Safety – the team re-sponsible for ensuring Novo Nordisk's pharmacovigilance system meets the highest standards of compliance and quality across all geographies. We work closely with affiliates, health authorities, and stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Legal, and you will play an active role in connecting these dots to keep patient safety at the centre of everything we do.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a global, regulated environment and enjoys turning complex requirements into clear, actionable processes.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A Master's degree in life sciences and 3–5 years of relevant experience within pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a related compliance area
- Good knowledge of PV principles and international regulatory requirements of drug safe-ty, hands-on PV experience, and exposure to PV audits and inspections
- Understanding of PV and quality KPIs, basic knowledge of GCP requirements including GxP documentation, and solid project coordination skills
- Experience working in international teams within the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to collaborate effectively across linguistic and cultural differences
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to handling complex tasks with some guidance
- A proactive, collaborative and flexible mindset, with good time management and excel-lent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
