Your new role
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to transform Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement across our Diabetes and Obesity portfolios. This role will design and deliver an integrated omnichannel strategy, enabling personalised, data- and AI-driven experiences across field, digital, remote, and partner channels.
The individual will lead key platforms including CRM, HCP portals, AI-powered engagement tools, WhatsApp ecosystems, digital sales reps, scientific content journeys, and omnichannel analytics—enhancing HCP reach, engagement quality, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will drive innovation, adoption of AI, and a customer-centric operating model to accelerate our digital transformation.
Your key accountabilities encompass the following:
- Lead HCP omnichannel strategy and execution across physical, digital, remote, and AI-enabled channels.
- Drive adoption and optimization of CRM, HCP portals, AI assistants, WhatsApp engagement, webinars, and digital engagement platforms.
- Develop customer-centric engagement journeys leveraging segmentation, analytics, and next-best-action approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized scientific engagement and superior customer experience.
- Monitor engagement performance, derive insights, and continuously improve channel effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Build organizational capabilities in omnichannel excellence, AI-powered engagement, and digital innovation.

Your skills & qualifications
As a person, you bring a highly collaborative and commercially minded spirit. As a true expert in content development activation through new digital channels, you bring valuable market insights and a collaborative spirit, enabling effective teamwork across functions and borders.
We expect our candidates to meet the with the following qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, MedTech, or Digital Health organizations, with demonstrated success in Customer Engagement, Omnichannel, Commercial Excellence, Digital Transformation, or related functions. Experience in AI-enabled engagement, CRM platforms, analytics, and HCP-focused digital initiatives will be an advantage.
