Shape the global launch strategy for one of the most anticipated treatments in diabetes care – and turn bold ambition into real-world impact for millions of patients.

Your new role
You will drive and support key strategic projects that underpin the launch preparedness of CagriSema . From insights foundation and Go-To-Market strategy to opportunity sizing and market archetyping, you will translate complex inputs into clear commercial direction at a defining moment for our diabetes portfolio.
Your responsibilities will be split between strategic project management (70%) and stakeholder management (30%).

Day-to-day, your tasks will include:

  • Leading the development of the Go-To-Market strategy for CagriSema – including "Where to Play" analysis (opportunity sizing, T2D landscape, unmet needs, competitive environment, patient journey, drivers & barriers), "Who to Engage" (HCP and patient segmentation, stakeholder mapping across policy and payers) and "How to Win" (competitive positioning, patient profiles and brand strategy contribution)
  • Supporting the development of aspiration and execution plans, applying Novo Nordisk best practices for commercial thinking and direction setting
  • Driving insights generation and analytics to identify, qualify and quantify areas of opportunity for CagriSema launch and business growth
  • Reporting to senior management on progress, risks and mitigation plans, and communicating recommendations in a compelling, motivating way
  • Coordinating pre-launch and launch activities in close collaboration with the wider commercial team, affiliates and cross-TA partners (especially NNI, IO SO and Priority Markets)
  • Engaging affiliate teams proactively – anticipating their needs, providing constructive challenge and ensuring timely training and marketing materials
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring strong cross-functional governance with clear roles and responsibilities
Limited travel (less than 20 days per year) is expected.

Your new department
In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
You will join the Diabetes Strategic Marketing & Projects team, working at the heart of one of Novo Nordisk's most strategically important launches. Collaborating closely with Global Medical Affairs, Insights, Market Access & Pricing, Finance, regions and affiliates, you will help shape how CagriSema and our pipeline products reach the millions of people living with type 2 diabetes around the world.

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energised by the opportunity to shape a global launch from the inside.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring with you:

  • A Life Sciences degree with advanced education in marketing, paired with 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing or strategy
  • Solid experience from global product launches or late-stage development from a commercial perspective, including pre-launch experience, development and execution of strategy and quantification of market opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to source and synthesise information from multiple data sets, connect the dots and translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps
  • Proven project management and project ownership skills, with the ability to independently drive defined work packages, anticipate needs and maintain momentum without frequent prompting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills – able to engage in constructive debate, drive alignment across functions, regions and affiliates, and communicate complex information clearly and motivationally
