About the Department
The Commercial GBS is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.
The position
As a Sr. Associate Quality Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Provide quality assurance reviews throughout the process of developing, building and launching email campaigns and related segments, automations and cloud pages.

Offer feedback to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) on progress and issues.

Keep track of all ongoing quality assurance processes and checklist that have been defined and responsible for continuous optimization of Quality assurance processes basis the evolving capabilities in the team.

Perform functional testing of the email (clicking links, confirming, tracking data, etc.) to confirm accuracy.

Document and communicate inconsistencies back to appropriate resources for correction in the predefined QA template.

Knowledge of HTML or email coding best practices is a plus.

Shift Timing – 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following qualifications:

M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development).

Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification.

2-3 years of experience performing quality assurance of end to end campaigns on SFMC including segment, email build, automations and final journey.

Ability to decipher digital and non-digital assets and understand how components inter-relate.

Experience working with email platforms and testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with different cultures.
