The Position

As a Sr. Associate Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible to facilitate sensible work processes for the digital analytics activities across HCP Portals, Marketing Automation and Paid. Responsible for the backlog and daily-task coordination and alignment across the digital analytics landscape. Your responsibilities include managing timelines, backlog, and ensuring projects are running according to plan and resolving problems which occur over time. Have a commercial mindset with a KPI performance focus and understand the overall business goals to ensure the right prioritization of user stories and deliverables.

  • AEM Web Content Management System, Understanding of Web Eco System of Novo Nordisk, Web Analytics KPIs and Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Analytics (Hands on is not mandatory)

  • Analytics Project Lifecycle and Allocation of Projects on Azure Devops - ADO

  • Reporting - Operations - CSAT, Volume, TAT, Key Projects and driving BRMs with DK Stakeholders.

  • Managing data-driven projects, scoping, timelines and coordinating sprints and retrospective meetings.

  • Being the main point of contact for external communications (e.g. agencies)

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above in relevant area.

  • Has +5 years of relevant international work experience.

  • Candidate must have extensive experience working as Scrum Master and/or a project manager within data transformation, and must thrive in coordinating and managing projects from A-Z.

  • Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts.

  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Workfront and ADO.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting & insigts and digital journeys.

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

  • Extensive experience with scheduling and time management, including planning, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Hands-on experience with tracking and monitoring.

  • Great people abilities to motivate team members.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech platforms.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and Strong presentation skills.

 

About the department

Content Hub, GBS is a new service within NN and has been established to enable the delivery of a future global multichannel vision. The service has therefore not achieved steady-state and extreme and constant change will be a feature of this role in the initial years. Many stakeholders will welcome the change; others may not, so there is some potential for interpersonal challenge, as a result of change, in this role.
