The position

As a Project Manager-Performance Marketing professional at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, threats and evaluate asset performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business models to inform business decisions.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of business strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in asset production and multichannel execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose innovative content management solutions.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
 

Need to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a content management or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems, digital analytics tools, and marketing technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation concepts.
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.

 

About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is based at our headquarters and is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Content Hub. With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, the unit plays a crucial role in creating the right environmental solutions to drive the change towards zero environmental impact. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialisation and optimisation of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines. The atmosphere in our department is dynamic and collaborative, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
