Your new role
As a Specialist, you'll own and manage the delivery of day today campaign operations, ensuring best in class omnichannel execution and a seamless experience for affiliates and customers across selected markets. You'll act as the subject matter expert on SFMC and OCE, combining technical depth with strong project and stakeholder management to bring multichannel campaigns to life.
Your day today tasks will include:

Executing multichannel campaigns in OCE Marketing/SFMC, translating sales and marketing requirements into functional marketing automation journeys delivered on time and on brief

Driving adoption of newer channels such as WhatsApp and SMS alongside email, and defining the processes and timelines needed to activate them at scale

Leveraging SFMC capabilities – Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Data Studio, Cloud Pages, Query Studio and Einstein STO – to build highly relevant, engaging campaigns

Leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Marketing Cloud capabilities to drive AI-powered personalisation, audience targeting, campaign automation, and journey orchestration, adopting an AI-first mindset wherever appropriate.

Working with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) to build unified customer profiles, audience segments, consent frameworks, and activation strategies that power personalised, data-driven journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Recommending improvements to journey logic and campaign flows based on input from Multichannel Campaign Partners to strengthen CX across the customer journey

Owning quality and process: troubleshooting, QA'ing campaigns and workflows, resolving data issues and documenting best practices for scalable, repeatable operations

Collaborating with stakeholders across Local Multichannel Teams, digital asset production teams and SFMC technical leads to identify process gaps and optimise workflows

Providing internal support, guidance and training on marketing automation platforms and connected technologies, and contributing to Multichannel Execution Service KPIs such as time to market and service satisfaction

You will join Operations, GBS in Bangalore, working within a global multichannel operations team that partners with affiliates around the world to activate omnichannel campaigns at scale. Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a hands on marketing automation expert who thrives on challenging the status quo and continuously improving processes. You'll bring with you:

A Master's degree or above in a relevant area, with fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

7+ years' experience in digital marketing, including digital campaign management and analysis, marketing automation and building platform integrations and APIs – ideally in pharma

5+ years' hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMP script and SQL; SFMC certifications and experience with OCE Marketing/OCE Sales (IQVIA) are a plus

Experience working with Data Cloud, and Agentforce to deliver data-driven audience segmentation, AI-powered personalisation, journey orchestration, and marketing automation across omnichannel campaigns.

Proven experience activating and scaling newer channels such as WhatsApp and SMS to execute omnichannel journeys (pharma experience preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define scalable processes and drive quality across complex, multimarket campaigns

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the trust and cross functional agility to collaborate across geographies and functions at pace
