Your New Role
As a Digital Content Manager, your roles & responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and maintain digital assets, including Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs/e-detailers), Web Pages, and Emailers to support brand and field engagement activities.
- Implement responsive, accessible UI using HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive libraries/frameworks to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Integrate digital assets with CRM and content platforms (Vault CRM/Salesforce CRM) and ensure seamless content delivery and tracking.
- Build reusable template-based IVA components and master libraries to accelerate content production, ensure consistency, and simplify maintenance. Optimize web and IVA pages for performance, scalability, and load speed.
- Develop front-end applications using JavaScript and at least one modern framework/library (React or Vue recommended).
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs to enable data-driven content, personalization and analytics. Create and maintain process documentation, style guides, templates, and component libraries.
- Implement IVA multi-flow logic (branching, conditional navigation) and tracking (user events, engagement metrics) for reporting and analytics. Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting, collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your Skills and Qualification
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Need to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content development and front-end/UI development using web standards (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven experience developing IVAs/e-detailers and Web Pages (template creation, component libraries, master templates).
- Strong experience with responsive layouts and libraries, familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and grid/flexbox systems.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library such as React or Vue.
- Experience with CRM/content platforms - specifically Vault CRM or Salesforce CRM.
- Strong experience implementing and working with RESTful APIs for data integration, personalization, and analytics.
- Experience implementing IVA multi-flow logic and tracking/event instrumentation for user engagement metrics.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and browser compatibility skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Attention to detail, provide training and mentorship to junior developers and content authors, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
