The position

As a Social Media Platform Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Support the local GBS social media community manager in managing the back end of social media platforms such as Facebook Meta Business Manager, X Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business/Campaign Manager, YouTube Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Maintain the billing structure across all social media platforms.Ensure all users, ad accounts, and partners are up to date and compliant with platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate with affiliates and external agencies to understand business objectives and provide necessary training and guidance. Update and review channel governance documents and social media guidelines.
  • Assist users in upgrading/downgrading their access levels while ensuring security protocols like two-factor authentication.
  • Help new users fill out access request forms on SharePoint and maintain a record of all applications. Provide regular updates of information, disclaimers, and bios. Ensure GDPR compliance across social media content.
  • Additionally, you will manage the BrandWatch system, including:
  • Onboarding and offboarding users. Conducting quarterly user reviews. Setting up team and channel permissions. Managing access to engagement templates. Supporting case resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Creating user guides where existing material is insufficient. Managing ad accounts and reviewing them both natively and in BrandWatch. Adding new channels to BrandWatch and reviewing saved searches for listening.
  • Managing data sources for listening and performing service checks on user dashboards. Implementing new platform initiatives or updates relevant to Novo Nordisk. Coordinating bi-monthly meetings and yearly business reviews with BrandWatch.
  • Documenting and prioritising functional requirements. Keeping track of the BrandWatch roadmap and communicating relevant releases and updates. Handling new user licenses, ad account licenses, and saved searches.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following:

  • 4-5 years of experience in the digital domain. Experience in social media account management, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook Meta Business Manager, X Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business/Campaign Manager, YouTube Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and platform guidelines.
  • Experience with BrandWatch or similar social media content management systems is a plus.

 

About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and the Content Hub.
