The position

As a Senior Associate Global Reputation Intelligence (RI) Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
 

  • Support the primary reputation research programme by coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.
  • Advise external partners on refining their deliverables based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Report and advise on reputation intelligence signals and developments by reviewing and refining vendor deliverables.
  • Derive key insights from vendor reports and external studies and present summaries and assessments to relevant target audiences.
  • Work with the RI team to onboard new affiliates into the RI programme and participate in initiatives to present RI to teams within Novo Nordisk.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration efforts by liaising with internal teams in Global Communication and consolidating intelligence from several sources into concise, holistic, and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to enhancing the understanding of reputation intelligence and capabilities across relevant Novo Nordisk teams, affiliates, and communicators.
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an international company or agency.
  • Solid experience within reputation management and analysis.
  • Experience with strategic advice and reporting through timely and intuitive formats.
  • Working knowledge of social intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Synthesio is an added advantage.
     

About the department

The Reputation Intelligence Analyst will join our Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit. This unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Content hub. With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, the CCA GBS unit plays a crucial role in creating innovative market development and communication efforts, as well as the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
