Your new role
As Senior Project Manager for HCP Content & Campaigns, you'll be at the heart of IO FAST's mission to deliver impactful promotional content to in collaboration with regions and affiliates for healthcare professionals worldwide. You'll orchestrate complex, multi-market campaigns that bridge strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring our GLP-1 therapies reach the practitioners who can make the greatest difference to patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end content and campaign creation projects for IO FAST, focused on HCP audiences in obesity and diabetes GLP-1 therapy areas
- Co-leading the creative process from initial debrief through content mapping to final campaign development, partnering with external agencies and pilot markets to create omnichannel promotional packages
- Managing MLR submissions and promotional materials through Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance while maintaining creative excellence across digital channels including broadcast email, banner ads, websites, and interactive visual aids
- Driving localization and uptake of promotional assets across major markets, working closely with M&M and IO-FAST teams to ensure timely, quality delivery and experience in working with AOR (Agency of Records).
- Establishing and monitoring performance metrics for omnichannel assets, creating dashboards and trackers that enable data-driven insights and continuous improvement
- Facilitating strategic partnerships across complex stakeholder landscapes including Medical and Science, Regulatory, Product Supply, and Commercial teams.
- Translating complex campaign strategies into clear, executive-level communications that support critical decision-making. Drive and lead good project planning, timings and deadlines for the process.
Your new department
Operations GBS unit aligned with International Operations (IO), focused on executional excellence. We drive efficiency across Commercial and Brand Management, Commercial Analytics, Communications, Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment, Medical Affairs, Omnichannel Operations, and Sustainability. Within this unit, the International Marketing & Commercial (IM&C) team supports IO's strategic focus on "speed, simplicity, and frontline execution" to achieve patient reach, sales growth, market share, and innovation goals. Operations GBS is anchored in Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, where we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico.
We partner with Consumer Engagement in IO FAST to deliver end-to-end digital and partner programs that drive measurable growth across Novo Nordisk's GLP-1 ecosystem. We unite content, technology, partnerships and data to create consistent, scalable Direct-to-Patient engagement.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a strategic project leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has deep experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations. You'll bring with you:
- Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), or Engineering (B.Tech); Master's degree from a recognized institute is preferred
- 6+ years of experience leading commercial pharmaceutical projects or pharmaceutical brand management, with proven success in content and campaign delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR submission processes, plus proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, ASANA, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Demonstrated experience working with Agencies of Record (AOR) and managing digital asset production across multiple marketing channels
- Strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and translate findings into clear, executive-level communications
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, building collaborative relationships across Medical and Science, Regulatory, Product Supply, Commercial, and other functional areas
- Agility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
