Your new role
As Senior Project Manager for Commercial Insights & Analytics, you'll be the strategic orchestrator behind complex, cross-functional initiatives that transform how we leverage data and insights to serve patients globally. You'll connect commercial analytics, operations, and stakeholders across continents to deliver projects that directly impact our ability to reach more patients with life-changing medicines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end project delivery including budget oversight, business case development, and resource planning across global teams spanning India, affiliates, and headquarters
- Driving process excellence by standardizing and improving workflows, documenting best practices, and ensuring scalability to support efficient business growth
- Leading senior stakeholder engagement across Vice Presidents, Directors, and commercial teams, developing engagement plans and managing complex stakeholder landscapes
- Co-creating Commercial Analytics strategy and translating it into actionable plans, while monitoring industry trends and organizational performance
- Delivering high-value insights through ad-hoc analysis that predicts and interprets business trends to inform strategic decisions
- Supporting management communications through compelling presentations, strategic storyboards, and content that translates complex data into clear narratives
- Acting as a change agent, anchoring standards across Operations and driving system rollouts and business process transformations to the appreciation of global stakeholders
- Leverage Agentic AI and GenAI to support project execution and continuous improvement, including developing/operating pilots, testing workflows in controlled environments, and collaborating with IT/analytics teams to strengthen data infrastructure and governance
Your new department
The Operations GBS unit drives executional excellence and efficiency across all operations-related activities, including commercial analytics, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, and commercial supply chain. You'll work within a dynamic environment where commercial insights directly influence how we serve millions of patients globally, collaborating closely with stakeholders in India, affiliates, and headquarters to implement projects that matter.
Your skills & qualifications
We're seeking an accomplished project management professional who thrives in complex, international environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll bring:
- 12-14 years of experience in the analytics domain with a proven track record in operational excellence, process efficiency, and Lean projects
- MBA plus Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (or equivalent), with PMP or similar project management certification
- Strong project management expertise including managing budgets, resolving multi-geography dependencies, and delivering projects on time across diverse stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with GenAI/Agentic AI concepts and application in business processes, including validation in test environments, and collaboration for data infrastructure enablement.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and demonstrated ability to understand multiple systems and data flows
- Excellent presentation development skills with the ability to create compelling, structured storyboards and translate business strategies into high-quality PowerPoint slides autonomously
- Outstanding stakeholder management and change management capabilities, with the ability to work with and challenge stakeholders at the highest organizational level, including Vice Presidents and Directors
- Exceptional communication skills with clearly spoken English, strong written editorial abilities, and experience in communications and project management
- Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, CorelDraw) is preferred
- Self-driven personality with high energy, flexibility, and the ability to shoulder additional workload when necessary
- Strategic decision-making approach with the ability to drive problem solving, structure complex issues, and develop actionable recommendations
