The position
As a Senior Professional B2 at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for Managing weekly inventory count for multiple warehouses and Performing reporting tasks and handling warehouse deviations.
Extract lists of batches stored for extended periods and those with limited shelf life.
Coordinate with affiliates and HUM support for donations.
Contribute to knowledge management and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues.
Drive continuous improvement in warehousing and distribution systems.
Train internal and external teams on warehouse-related tasks.
Register and investigate deviations, oversee corrective actions, and support management in deviation reporting.
Qualifications
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in related field from a well-recognized institute along with Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, particularly with document preparation.
Proficiency in MS Word 2010, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and SAP. Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry.
Structured mind-set with attention to detail, responsible, reliable, and proactive.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management.
Basic project management skills. Experience with SAP and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan. Our unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at the Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. We focus on optimising costs and reducing complexity by operating an effective supply chain. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, and the Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form, allowing other areas within Product Supply to join or add to the Catalogue.
