The position
As a Senior Professional B1 you are Review accounts daily and perform necessary follow-ups with customers and internal stakeholders. Perform reconciliations with customers and internal teams.
- Action outstanding requests from customers within appropriate timelines on cash allocations and statement requests.
- Use appropriate tools to identify and track open items, disputes, and other relevant information. Serve as the single point of contact for queries related to open AR items.
- Govern the customer master and ensure timely updates. Escalate unresolved issues and concerns in a timely manner. Check SOPs and training, highlighting any gaps.
- Complete all trainings and actions as per company policy and process requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily activities, including quality assessments. Report any issues or concerns regarding process gaps, issues, controls, and procedures.
- Support other groups or teams within the designated area of responsibility. Contribute to cash apps data upskill initiatives. Assist in supporting various projects and initiatives to drive organisational objectives and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related field from a well-recognized institute along with 3-5 years of experience in Cash Apps, AR receivables, and other relevant areas in O2C.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in reconciliation, receivables management, and credit risk.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance module (FI) and low/no code applications.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects within shared services.
- Understanding of the impact of collections processes on downstream and upstream processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
About the department
You will be part of the Supply Chain unit, established in March 2017 as part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan. Our unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at the Headquarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. We focus on optimising costs and reducing complexity by operating an effective supply chain. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, and the Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form, allowing other areas within Product Supply to join or add to the Catalogue.
