The position

As a Senior Professional B1 you are expected to perform order placement and follow-up. You will be part of end-to-end Order to cash cycle and taking care of supply chain reporting activities. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Perform order placement and follow up with sales affiliates globally.
  • Conduct credit/debit note posting and payment reconciliation in the system.
  • Provide supply chain reporting to support order and inventory planning.
  • Support inventory planning activities and detect anomalies.
  • Offer ad-hoc analytical support for key decisions within the supply chain and Drive standardization, optimization, and digitalization of processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure superior customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related field from a well-recognized institute along with 3-5 years of experience within Sales Order Management in a larger organisation.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP system SD (Sales and Deliverable).
  • Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP).
  • Knowledge of order execution and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and learn new things.
  • Highly motivated and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan. Our unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at the Headquarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. We focus on optimising costs and reducing complexity by operating an effective supply chain. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, and the Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form, allowing other areas within Product Supply to join or add to the Catalogue.
