The position
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

•    Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand presence and portfolio growth.
•    Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.
•    Oversee the brand planning process, including the execution of pre-launch and launch initiatives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support flagship programs and initiatives.
•    Recruit, train, and mentor marketing team members to foster a high-performing team environment.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
•    A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 7-10 years in a managerial role within a global organization.
•    Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
•    Experience in aligning business opportunities and challenges with regional priorities.
•    Proven ability to align business opportunities with strategic priorities on a regional and global scale.
•    Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to drive informed decision-making and solve complex challenges within the marketing landscape.
•    A pragmatic approach with a knack for fostering innovative ideas and engaging in constructive, courageous conversations.
•    A customer-centric mindset, committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and delivering exceptional results.
