The Position
As the Senior Manager - OCM & OD, you will:
- Support the design of people strategy in India and partner with business leaders to drive short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives.
- Work directly with the India management team and People & Organization (P&O) leads to enhance alignment, direction setting, and decision-making.
- Serve as a sparring partner to the CHRO, India.
- Develop teams, and organizational blueprints, and refine organizational structures and roles.
- Conduct organizational analyses and design to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.
- Leverage analytics to translate insights into actions that impact performance and culture.
- Act as the regional change manager for P&O transformation and facilitate various change management initiatives.
- Provide consulting and support for continuously improving organization design and process.
- Drive transformation of Novo Nordisk culture through change management processes and tools.
- Partner with the P&O organization in India to ensure consistent implementation of people processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
Need to have:
- An MBA with 10-12 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Familiarity with Novo Nordisk’s existing interventions such as FFCE and OpticX.
- Strong network within the D&I community.
