Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive validation strategies and plans for IT/ERP implementation projects, including risk-based approaches, timelines, and resource planning
- Leading validation phases across project lifecycles, ensuring completeness, traceability, and alignment with regulatory expectations
- Creating and reviewing validation documentation including Validation Plans, Test Strategies and Protocols, and Validation Summary Reports to ensure audit readiness
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including project teams, System Managers, Quality Assurance, and Lines of Business to ensure compliant and timely delivery
- Identifying compliance gaps, assessing validation risks, and implementing mitigation strategies while monitoring trends in incidents, deviations, and changes
- Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring validation documentation and evidence meet inspection requirements
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen validation governance, compliance maturity, and process consistency across projects
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced validation professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can balance compliance rigor with project pragmatism. You'll bring:
- 7+ years of proven experience leading and executing validation planning and execution in IT/ERP (SAP) projects within GxP-regulated environments
- Solid track record managing validation phases across system implementation projects, including coordinating test management activities
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to plan, track, and deliver validation milestones within project constraints and timelines
- Excellent communication skills to articulate validation strategies, regulatory expectations, and compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, including root cause analysis and the ability to define effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; relevant professional certifications in validation or quality are advantageous
About the department
WareX (SAP Warehouse Management Solutions) is a unit responsible for the operation, maintenance, support and development of warehouse systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
