About the department

Novo Nordisk Quality GBS was established in May 2015. We are responsible for supporting and development of overall quality services, such as training coordination, content control, digital solutions, quality and compliance management and records management for various units within Novo Nordisk.

Here, you will be a part of an ambitious, dynamic and global team consisting of over 100+ employees who ensure high quality as well as fit-for-purpose processes for the entire value chain from research to market. We make quality easy, simple and understandable.ITQA office is an extended unit of Denmark that supports different system/service portfolios across Global IT and IO affiliates. We are responsible for managing ITQA tasks for corporate GxP IT systems, RPA and parts of PS infrastructure. We focus on providing high-quality services using simple and agile processes to ensure compliance.

ITQA team leverages the knowledge and experience of IT and quality assurance to provide three main services: Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Support.

 
The position
As a SeniorIT Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for quality assurance of one or more corporate IT systems, services, projects and infrastructure. This covers activities ranging from advising on quality planning, approving quality related deliverables to the release of the system for use in Novo Nordisk and the subsequent operation and maintenance thereof. The work requires close collaboration with the system managers or project management teams and stakeholders in line of business.
 
The Senior IT Quality Advisor should demonstrate solid insight into business processes in the pharmaceutical industry from Product Supply to Research & Development. Furthermore, solid understanding of European and US regulatory requirements  And Quality mind-set is a prerequisite for this role..
 
The position requires significant insight into keyprocesses, e.g. , quality management system, project management, incident management, change and configuration management, IT security, risk management, testing and auditing. Ensure that IT systems/services are developed and maintained in compliance with internal and international standards and regulation.
 
Qualifications
Below are the qualifications required.

  • M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality)
  • Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification
  • Instances of contribution to the industry in the IT Quality area
  • Over all 12-15 yrs expereince
  • Minimum 10 years of expereince and broad knowledge of IT technologies, to be able to understand, give advice and challenge decisions made on IT QA matters, preferably in the area of IT Infrastructure qualification with understanding of Cloud technologies and its implementation
  • Proven Instances of working in agile setup and understanding of DevOps concepts is an added advantage
  • Understanding of platform qualification is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
  • Minimum 3+ years as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor or equivalent IT quality auditing experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in GxP areas
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT governance for IT projects with exposure to regulatory affairs
  • Minimum 3+ years in participating in audits and inspections including finding solutions to compliance gaps identified in audit findings
