About the department
Global Service Centre (GSC) People Operations (PO) is highly engaged in ensuring delivery of high-quality human resource services to various geographies within Novo Nordisk.


The position

As a Senior Associate, you must perform all actions related to Employee Data Management (EDM) and must perform data quality checks of your own transactions on the cases performed. Additionally, we expect you to be involved in standardising and simplification of existing process.


In this role, you will be working on all the hire to retire transactions in SAPHR and generate necessary documents and send the documents to HR/Line of Business (LOB). On the other hand, you should have strong knowledge of both personal administration and organisation management in SAPHR. We expect you to work with high focus on quality and error free transactions. In addition to the above, you will be supporting employee data in SAPHR for all the affiliates of Novo Nordisk spread across the globe and are required to be flexible to work in shifts. Furthermore, you should understand how data flows from SAPHR to other dependent systems such as payroll, benefits, recruitment and vice versa and the importance of data quality.


We appreciate if you are self-motivated to work independently within delegated authority with minimal or no supervision. In addition to the above, you must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people. To sum up with, you should be able to quickly grasp new or complex processes, concepts and constantly support continuous improvement on processes/reports and must act as a back-up for reporting Manager.



Below are the qualifications required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international HR service center
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP HR) as an end user on organisation management and personnel administration
  • Experience on process transition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess high degree of integrity in the processing of personal matters
