About the Department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.


The Position

The role requires you to monitor and evaluate relevant data and intelligence from Novo Nordisk’s data partners (competitor intelligence, market data, financial risk reporting, people data, public affairs & sustainability data etc.) for potential reputation impact. You would also:

  • Report and advise on corporate reputation intelligence signals
  • Consolidate and report on high level outcomes data
  • Stakeholder management: Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Maintain/secure ongoing access to key reputation data for NN executives
  • Support capability development in reputation intelligence analysis within NN




  • A minimum of 3-5 years in an international company or agency
  • Solid experience within reputation management and data analysis
  • Experience with strategic advice and reporting through timely and intuitive formats
  • Working knowledge of intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch,Sprinklr, Talkwalker
  • Excellent strategic writer, focused on clear and sharp reporting.
  • Collaborative and energised by teamwork.
  • The ability to think laterally and creatively about how broader contextual factors and current affairs (societal trends, business strategy, political context, major global news events, etc) can potentially affect reputational issues and related advice
  • Strong intellectual mindset with ability to understand and interpret complex societal trends.
