The position

As a Senior Associate Global Project Manager, you are responsible for supporting the brand strategy with relevant market insights, be the brand point of contact guiding the business plan and launch tracking. Further, preparing the quarterly “Biosimilar” brand newsletter combining competitive intelligence reports with in-market experiences. Furthermore, you will be providing monthly management updates on the obesity market drawing the data from the range of data sources.


You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve standard reporting in obesity e.g. better coverage. And will be responsible for development of business cases with insights from primary research and secondary data.


You will be leading the adhoc analysis, like LOE impact in target geographies, performance of new indications, penetration into new specialties, secondary data for brand ‘Situation Analysis’.


The position requires frequent and active engagement with numerous internal stakeholders in HQ, region, affiliates, etc. For that, you should have outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

You need to have the below knowledge and skills.

  • Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), Engineering (B.Tech)Project Management & Digital marketing certification (preferable) or Master’s Degree (preferably within Business) from a well-recognized institute / PMP Certification
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Project Management, with at least 3+ years of experience in the project management function along with Business Intelligence/Analyst responsibilities
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong Experience of project management
  • Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations etc. 
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex data-sets, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
  • Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must


About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs, GBS unit is based out of Bangalore, India and is responsible for driving planning & execution of deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas including Insulin, GLP-1, Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning & Commercial Operations and BioPharma global marketing for Hemophilia & growth disorders.
