The Position

As a Scrum Master, you are to be part of the Agile team and facilitate the team for efficient delivery, coaching and leadership. You should keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews.
  • Help the Agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events.
  • Drive Agile teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing.
  • Change ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 9+ years in IT.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as Scrum Master with certification.
  • Understand the Agile mindset and culture.
  • Experience on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification in SAFe agile is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Lean-Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with technical IT delivery as Developer, Tester or similar preferred.

In DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Development Clinical Data Handling Solutions, a part of DD&IT GBS, a portfolio of GxP, Financial & Business Critical applications are being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. Clinical Data Handling Solutions works closely with Line of Business, System Managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India.
