The Position

As a Regulatory Professional II at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop outstanding creative based on written briefs.
  • Have an advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design.
  • Design visual imagery for websites in line with Novo Nordisk branding.
  • Utilize Adobe suite software, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualification

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of graphical design experience is required for this role.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities since this is an individual contributor role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills are expected.
  • PC illustration handling and color separations.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • HTML, XML, Bootstrap, and AJAX practices will be an added advantage.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
  • As the department is heading towards e-labeling, prior exposure to testing and improving the design of the website will be an add-on.

The RA Labelling team in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore is part of the global RA hub, consisting of a strong team of high-caliber regulatory professionals and graphics designers. We offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies to enable Novo Nordisk (NN) to secure fast, high-quality product approvals. Our team provides strategic and operational support on a global scale across the value chain, working closely with colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark, and affiliates worldwide.
